20090824 Photos

I have been taking photos since I was about 15. My mom handed me the family camera and said I will never take another photo. I just started shooting family photos. I was hooked and have never stopped. My first SLR camera was a manual Fuji (not sure model). I found the camera on the tube in London somewhere around Victoria Station. I tried to return the camera to the guy who lost it. Couldn't make the connection. I kept the camera for about 5 years. My next camera was a Minolta manual. I had two models of that maker. I now have a Nikon D200 for about 2 years. I sold all my manual stuff and other things on E-bay so I could afford my first digital Nikon which was a D70. That camera was stolen off my front door step after being returned from being repaired. So I bought the D200 as a replacement. I love the digital. We just came back from a vacation at the Rhode Island beach with a great property right off the beach. We had one of the best vacations ever. Very relaxing. I am including a picture of one of the sunsets. Really beautiful.
